OS&E include those items used in the daily operations of the hotel, which may or may not be specified by the Designer.
Typical OS&E items include: art, bedding, china, glassware, cutlery, room accessories and trays, coat hangers, tea kettles.
We work with the hotel operator to define the OS&E needed, obtain samples for approval, negotiate prices and terms to ensure all items are delivered for opening.
